TFPI2

TFPI2 (Tissue Factor Pathway Inhibitor 2): TFPI2, a critical component of the coagulation cascade, acts as a potent inhibitor of the tissue factor (TF)-mediated blood coagulation pathway. It plays a significant role in maintaining hemostatic balance by preventing excessive thrombosis and modulating fibrinolysis.
