Campylobacter jejuni

Campylobacter jejuni is a bacterium that can be found in the gastrointestinal tract of dogs and other animals. Testing for this marker can help identify bacteria that may contribute to digestive signs such as diarrhoea, soft stool, mucus in the stool, abdominal discomfort, reduced appetite, or lethargy. Some dogs may carry Campylobacter jejuni without obvious symptoms.
